Ban Appeal

Hello,
I was playing in your server today (6/27/10) at approximately 10PM est and I was banned for the reason "abusive." I was not talking to anyone, as my game was muted and in-game voice disabled, so I was not disrespecting any admins at the time. I was sniping on allied side donner, and I had pushed up to the cement blocks near the cart by the axis second flag. I did not want to push up any further to avoid the temptation to shoot people on the spawn ramp - prior to my ban I had let everyone drop down and get their bearings before scoping in on them, with the exception being one of your members scoping in on me from the spawn ramp who I saw scope in and retaliated by shooting him first. I know many realism units are against using quickswitch to avoid the re-C#$k animation of sniper rifles and so I was not doing that either. Furthermore I have played competitively for six years in CAL, XPL, ESL, and CEVO, as well as attended several LAN tournaments. I have never been accused of hacking (which can be verified by searching my name (theJword) on www.legit-proof.com and the organization I am currently involved with, Hausen eSports, LLC (www.teamhausen.com - a multi-gaming competitive organization), has strict regulations against cheating enforced by a legally binding contract signed upon becoming part of the organization.
All this being said, if I was doing something against your server rules, I apologize, and once I obtain clarification of what it was that I was doing wrong I can assure you that it will not be repeated in the future should you decide to lift my ban.
