Unban Request

It's 130 AM CST and I was just randomly banned from the server.  A bunch of troublemakers were banned before me for hassling a member, but I don't have a mic, and wasn't typing anything on the issue.  I have voice enabled and heard no warnings to me about anything.  I was 30-15 with garand, but how it could be considered hacking is beyond me as 80 health mod is just so easy.  The reason only said abusive, and my attempts to add members from the server to inquire have failed.

I was the issuing officer and you were banned because you were told stop spawnkilling multiple times. I said it through the mic, and i typed it. You did not oblige and therefore were banned. I did not accept you to friends because for one, i have banned people in the past and have been harassed over messages.

I had my sound on and I honesty didn't hear or see anything.  I also come from a realism background and I never shoot people in their spawn.  I did lay outside of the second flag spawn exit and wait for people to cross the first flag, but that's not spawn? I know these appeals are always a matter of I say, you say, but if I had to stand by ONE thing I'm telling you as the truth, it's that I didn't shoot anyone until they had at least reached the line horizontal with axis first on donner.  I also killed a number in the garden area around the first, but again, none of these are spawn.

"Server Courtesy"...A player should be able to get to the first flag before engaging. All members should show proper respect for others.  Unit members are setting the example for the pubs.  Be polite and firm with the rules. If you are having problems with a member or pub, contact an admin or a MP.

*These rules are just common sense, we all know what is proper etiquette and these rules are just a reminder. Do what you know is right. This is a solid unit and we should all act like it.*

I honestly don't see how I was in the wrong.  I didn't shoot anyone in spawn, and my vantage point required that I shoot only as they hit the first flag.  I feel like this rule is such a grey area.  Some people got past my shot, and if they came back to get me, and went behind the first flag horizontal, and I kill them, then what?!  Anyway, looks like I'm not gonna win this one, but having a more clear definition would be nice.  If someone had come out the axis spawn exit looking to axis second and I had shot them, then what?  Technically they need way more time to reach the first.  I usually don't create ban appeals because I don't usually find it worth it, but I honestly thought that this ban was probably made due to the number of griefers already on that day.  If you guys want to keep it, no big deal, I was just stopping by a new server for a change of scene.  If you could just delete this forum account that'd be great.
