FSSF Code Of Conduct

Article 1
Swearing, blaspheming, sexual harassment, name calling, racial slurs, or any other form of verbal harassment, disrespect or rudeness will result in a verbal warning. A second infraction of the same type will result in a demerit.

Article 2
Intentional team killing, intentional spawn killing and intentional glitch use will be addressed by a verbal warning. A second infraction of the same type will result in a demerit.

Article 3
The chain of command needs to be respected. A soldier in a squad must contact his squad leader or assistant squad leader to report an event. The squad leader will in turn resolve the issue if he can, or will report the issue to the next soldier in the chain of command.
Article 3.1
A soldier in reserves will report issues to the platoon leader.

Article 4
Any soldier that is part of a squad or holds a job must post a leave of absence (LOA) if he will be away for a day or more, therefore missing events he usually needs to partake in. If he misses an event and could not post a LOA prior to the event, he is to post a drill excuse (DE).
Article 4.1
Any soldier reported as being away without leave (AWOL) in an after action report (AAR) will be permitted to post a DE or a LOA within twenty-four hours of the event start time.
Article 4.2
Constant failure to post DEs and LOAs can result in demotions and job loss if higher ranking soldiers see a recurring problem.

Article 5
Disobeying a direct order is a very serious offense. It can result in a dishonorable discharge.

Article 6
Any Soldier caught playing another game while we are doing a scrim or drill (7PM est, to 9PM est every night) or any other unit sanctioned event, will be automaticly demerited 1 demerit for not participating in the event while online

Article 7
Any FSSF soldier bellow the rank of private first class having received three demerits in a floating period of thirty days will be instantly dishonorably discharged.
Article 7.1
Any FSSF soldier with the rank of private first class and above having received three demerits in a floating period of thirty days will instantly be demoted by a rank.
Article 7.2
Any FSSF soldier with the rank of private first class and above having received four demerits in a floating period of thirty days will be instantly dishonorably discharged.
